Refund Policy

At MobFixer, our aim is to provide top-notch mobile repair services with a focus on customer satisfaction and transparency. In the rare event that your device encounters issues within the warranty period, simply bring it back with the receipt or Job Sheet No.


We commit to investigating and responding within 1 working day. If the problem stems from the initial repair, we’ll conduct further repairs free of charge. Should additional issues arise unrelated to the original repair, we’ll discuss associated costs with you.


We’ll make two attempts to re-repair your unit, and if it remains faulty, a refund will be issued after verifying the issue. Your trust in MobFixer is valued, and we’re here to ensure your mobile repair experience is hassle-free.

Refund Period

The refund period is limited to 3 months from the date of the mobile repair service. Refund requests made beyond this period will not be entertained. Refund is only applicable for warranty services.

Refund Eligibility & Percentage

  • 100% Refund – within 7 days of service.
  • 80% Refund – within 15 days of service.
  • 50% Refund – within 1 month of service.

Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds are not applicable for spare parts used in the service.
  • Service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
