We provide free pickup and delivery service within a 6KM range from our office. For repairs beyond this radius, doorstep service can be arranged, with associated fees covered by the customer.
Cash on Delivery is available for repairs up to ₹1000. Payment is collected upon delivery of the repaired device.
Customers are solely responsible for data stored on their devices. MobFixer accepts no liability for data loss or corruption. We strongly recommend backing up devices before service.
Any delays or changes in repair costs will be communicated promptly. If costs are not approved, the device will be returned un-repaired. A consulting fee may apply in certain cases.
Course purchases grant personal access only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Passwords are required for certain services or quality checks. Customers may provide these during working hours if confidential data cannot be removed beforehand.
MobFixer is not responsible for pre-existing or additional damage caused by other service centers. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not issues from software updates.
Devices with water-resistant features may lose resistance after repairs. Customers are requested to acknowledge this possibility.
Devices must be collected within 10 days of notification. MobFixer is not liable for damage after 30 days. Unclaimed devices may be disposed of after 2 months.
Complaints should be raised and resolved before leaving the service center. Subsequent claims may not be accepted.
Breaking the warranty seal voids subsequent warranty service eligibility.
Please retain the invoice copy for future reference and service claims.

If a repair is deemed unfeasible, the device may be returned with an explanation. No charges apply unless a repair was performed.
MobFixer is not responsible for indirect losses, such as missed warranty windows or business disruptions, provided reasonable efforts were made.
